Nap time

There are a few rules I follow for the best Sunday nap.

  1. Cannot be longer than an hour. More than that makes for a difficult wake up.
  2. Golf/tennis/baseball/football provides great background noise for an afternoon slumber. Just be sure to wake up before the end of the game/match.
  3. It’s best to nap in a room with natural light. This way you know it’s a nap, and not a nighttime sleep.
  4. Take the nap before 3 if possible. After 3 and you jeopardize nighttime sleep.
