Customer loyalty

I’m reading Truett Cathy’s book (founder of Chick-fil-a). Truett is a great representation of servent leadership.  What impresses me most about the company is the commitment to customers happiness.

Just the other day, I had to wait an extra minute for an order. For my “wait,” I was giving a free meal.  This service may be costly, but it seems to make the sandwiches taste even better.
